Agave Paradiso: 4BD/4BA with 3 En Suites of Fun and Lux

Occupancy and Noise Ordinances: ALL members of the Rental Party agree to comply with the policies listed in the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure for Vacation Rentals. Upon Check-In, all members of the Rental Party must sign the Palm Springs Short Term Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations. Agave Paradiso will be occupied ONLY by the people listed on the rental agreement. The maximum number of overnight guests is eight ********, including infants and children. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS of any kind shall take place at Agave Paradiso. The maximum number of cars allowed to be parked at the house (including the garage, driveways, and street) is 4. Guests shall allow Owner or Owner’s Agent access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 PM PST. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 AM PST. The person placing the reservation must be the same as the person submitting payment. This person is considered to be the Primary Guest. All other people involved with the rental are considered to be the Primary Guest's invitees, and all discussions regarding reservation with the Primary Guest, not the invitees. The Primary Guest must be twenty-five ******** years of age or older and present for the duration of the stay. The primary guest is solely responsible for any other person in Agave Paradiso. Specifically, no person may enter into the rental agreement and allow persons under the age of 25 to occupy the property without the person signing the rental agreement to be present and supervise. A copy of the Primary Guest’s government ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) must be submitted before the stay. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all advance rental payment and/or ********, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. People other than those in the rental party may not stay overnight in Agave Paradiso. This is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental home. Pets are permitted in this vacation rental home. Pets are limited to no more than two ******** dogs under twenty pounds. Agave Paradiso is privately owned. The Owner and Agent are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. The Owner and Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By renting Agave Paradiso, it is agreed that all guests, and others whom they invite to use the property, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of Agave Paradiso. Any violation of Vacation Rental Rules and Policies may result in loss of the ******** and/or immediate eviction. There will be no refund for unused portions of rent if the eviction of guests occurs. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order: All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in appropriate trash cans.
