Well-organised, clean and cosy apartment and a kind and friendly host. The only thing that I would like to have know in advance is that the bedroom is an open plan bedroom with a partial wall. So there is a wall between the bedroom and the living room but not a complete wall and no door. This was however not really a problem so I am very happy with my stay there!
Landry was a wonderful host. Really enjoyed my stay with him
Landry is a very nice person and way to get along with. And the location is easy to reach by public transport and a short walk. The apartment was as described and I felt quite comfortable. Check–in was easy and communication effortless. For check–out I had to improvise due to some unexpected events. But even that was manageable. All in all I had a good time. 👍🏼
I didn't stay: the communication between the host and me regarding the arrival time was ineffective; next time I'll do that by phone call, not chat messages. I've stayed with the host twice previously: both those times were great in every way.
What to say about Landry and his quite clean apartment other than the reviews are spot on. He was not only a very welcoming host but really down to earth and sweet. It was a holiday weekend when i came (can't remember the holiday) so the day i arrived Landry took me to the gay district which happens to be in the city center where a few of the most beautiful historic structures are (one cathedral which i can't recall the name). Epicenter for so much activity and so much diversity beyond the ton of tourists. He showed me around that area, we hand drinks and OMG he knows how to have a good time but he also brings you into all the fun. He is inclusive no matter what your gay/queer lifestyle, background, status is. He is just an overall accepting individual with (as one person wrote) a lot of stories to share of his own past as a gay man from an ethnic background. If you are open to it, he will tell you stories that will keep you interested and engaged. I would definitely recommend his place for someone wanting a more organic connection with someone who knows Brussels well and will give you as much information as you want or need especially for gay/queer culture in that part of Belgium. Landry, you were super fun and welcoming!
I really enjoyed my first stay in Brussels. Landry's a really amazing soul with so much knowledge. I had the wonderful opportunity of hearing about his life, career and finding the best places to kick back in the evening. I came to attend the Brussels short film festival and Landry was an excellent host in providing information on how to get around. He was kind enough to accompany me. Landry excels in being able to cater to his guests. I really had a wonderful stay.
Very clean accommodation and well located. Landry is friendly and accommodating. We recommend it!
The apartment is completely as described. Landry is very nice and shy, and we didn't see him much. The buses to get to the center of Brussels are a 5-minute walk away.
Beautiful cozy apartment with good connection to the city center. Landry was welcoming and helpful, I will definitely return!
Landry apartment is ideal to spend a weekend in Brussels. The location is not far from the center and has a very good service in public transport. The place is very comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Landry was very kind and sympathetic. Very recommendable!
