PETS: We are a pet friendly home, but do have some details to review if you're planning to bring your pet/pets..FurBabes. ;-) PETS: Our pet hosting fee is a flat rate of $50 per pet for the duration of the stay (not a daily charge). We do have vintage furniture so if your FurBabes are scratchers or territorial toileters we would not be a good fit. PET REQUIREMENTS: We have some requirements for guests bringing pets. FLEA & TICK: We ask that all pets be preventively (prior to arrival) treated for ticks and fleas. Both of which can be very aggressive and a problem in the mountains. TOILETING: We ask guests to pick up after their pets so there are not 'landmines' throughout the yard. If bringing cat litter please clean and remove litter/box from premises upon check-out and clean up any vomit spots. We have cats and know how much they love to do that. ;-) SAFETY: We are on the main road between Barryville, NY and Eldred NY and our yard is not fenced in. It's important you keep that in mind for your pets safety, as well as those driving the road. Our house is not pet or child proofed. Meaning there may be items at the pets/kids level that could be dangerous. This includes cords, cleaning supplies in cabinets, air fresheners, rugs. etc. We have many antique pieces of furniture and hard wood floors so if your pet is a chewer or scratcher we would not be the best fit. GOING OUT WITHOUT YOUR PET: ** We require that pets not be left unattended with full reign of the house. We offer a room on the ground floor that your furry loved ones can be kept in uncaged should you need to leave them unattended. 1) CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Self Check-in with a code s available. Self Check-out is available. Do you have an ETA? If not we can follow up closer to your visit. We can be flexible on check-in time We can be flexible on check-out time as long as we don't get a same day check-in. If we do we would need you to check out by 10am latest. 2) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Our rates are based on how many in your group. Please confirm the number in your group in advance.
