House has amazing light with many windows Living (Huge Window with light), Dining, Kitchen w/ Refrigerator and stove/oven
Main floor Hookup for Laundry Garage, Mud room, Lounge/Office, Bathroom with Shower and entry to Back yard- Ground Floor 3 Bedrooms, Full Bath with Shower- Upper level Full Furnished Basement, with built in bar for entertainment, storage room or wine cellar, and laundry room with hookups ready to go. Side Porch for relaxing *Yard is great for Gardening, has rich soil! Lawn is like a golf course! *Neighborhood is quiet and private, *Landlord will handle the maintenance of the yard (grass, bushes, etc.)
