Benedict has a nice home. It is in a quiet neighborhood just as described. The room was ready when I got there and the communication during the whole process was easy Benedict was a nice guy. He was open to talking, but also gave space for private time. I would stay with Benedict again

Benedict was able to accommodate me on short notice due to changing weather conditions on a motorcycle trip. He was great at keeping in touch and quick to respond. He's making over a spacious home, and in our brief interactions, he was calm and thoughtful. Also, his home is in a safe area with a private yard. I'd definitely ask to stay again and make Benedict's home a base for outdoor mountain adventures.
