Spread over two floors, the villa features a comfortable living and dining area on the ground floor, along with a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, the master bedroom is accompanied by an in-bathroom Jacuzzi for an extra luxury experience. Vast balconies on each floor offer outdoor furniture sitting areas with sea views and lovely sunsets!

Nearby minimarkets at foot distance provide convenience for everyday essentials. Easily accessible within a 10-minute drive, explore Stavros (Zorbas Beach) and the ancient quarry, Seytan Limani, and the historical Agia Triada Monastery and Gouverneto with its stalagmite cave of bear. Dining at Fish Tavernas of Marathi Beach and the seaside Bar Loutraki. Sports activities include SUP or yacht/boat trips, which are definitely recommended. Also, as you already understand, the famous sandy Kalathas beach is only 2 minutes away by car. Moreover, Machairida nudist beach at 10min by car, is well known for its crystal clear waters. For more interesting places you may ask me in person.
