Some parts of the building still under some cosmetic construction when you are inside the unit the construction don’t bothered most of the time because of the high ceiling ,thick walls and open spaces help to reduce the noise , if they have a construction ongoing but most of the week/time there is no construction . Regards of the construction sometime they start early but I don’t have control over with their schedule but at late afternoon/ night they stop the construction .
