On the border between Aude and Ariège, come and recharge your batteries on a 1.5-hectare estate in the heart of Cathar country. Nestled on a hillside, the views of the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire are breathtaking, and you'll find yourself totally unplugged.

There are plenty of hiking trails to choose from. The voie verte is easily reached by bike or on foot. Mirepoix is 10min by car from Chalabre, Lac de Montbel 30min, Carcassonne 30 min, Route des vins 15min, Châteaux cathares 50min, Narbonne 1h20,Toulouse 1h.

The 50 m2 gîte has its own entrance and private terrace. Its south-facing aspect gives it a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. You can take advantage of the deckchairs and other outdoor furniture at your disposal. During the high season, a weber electric barbecue is installed on your terrace for outdoor cooking. On the ground floor are the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen area is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary crockery. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom has a 160x200cm bed. A shower room with toilet is adjacent. Bathroom linen and bed linen are provided.

A shared outdoor area is reserved for you (table, chairs, deckchairs, hammocks). A saltwater swimming pool, available to all 4 gîtes, is open throughout the summer. Laundry facilities are available. Petanque boules are available for use on the estate's petanque court. A badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks is also available. Several relaxation spots are available on the estate: straw hut, sunset, sunrise, natural beach. On the estate, an area is reserved for naturists: deckchairs and hammocks are available for your relaxation.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional (not included in the rental price), and costs €30, to be paid on site if you choose this option.
