A private apartment with a total private swimming pool for guests only. Set in beautiful gardens with patios, gazebo and covered outdoor dining area, BBQ, patio and pool toys, electric bike hire.
There is lots of space for your children to play and explore including a play park area, small forest and beautiful gardens which are all fenced and secure.
All set in rural central Portugal, surrounded by forests, mountains and quaint villages, offering a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Casa Principal is in the village of Brejo which is 10 minuets from the main town of Tabua, but only 5 minuets from the main hiway IC6.
Central Portugal is a very beautiful and peaceful area, with mountains and river beaches close by, as is the golden coast. There are so many activities and places to visit and we are surrounded by beautiful forests, so you can hire my electric bikes and explore the local forests and take a picnic to the stunning local river beaches. The surrounding country side is full of interesting places to visit and is a must to see. There are many wonderful restaurants at low prices with excellent food.
Although Casa Principal holiday accommodation is in the rural part of central Portugal the transport could not be easier or better. We are only 5 minuets from the main IC6 with excellent routs to the Estrela mountains, golden coast line and many wonderful places to visit like the ancient city of Coimbra. There local river beaches, quaint traditional villages to visit, wonderful walks in the local forests, local outdoor markets and there is always my electric bike hire to venture out and do some exploring. There are many wonderful restaurants at low prices with excellent food.

Property Rules This text was written initially in English.
1. I do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the accommodation as clean as you found it. Excessively dirty apartment will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. All cleaning materials and equipment are in the apartment
2. Laundry washing is 6 euros each load and is washed over night
3. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm sound will travel through the walls and floors if too loud.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number
6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking"includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage.
7. There can not be any more than the booked number of guests in or on the property at any time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
If you wish family member or friends to visit this must be agreed with me. If you wish your visitors to use the facilities or stay overnight this will incur an extra charge
8. Late check-out fee of 50 euros (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. I’m sorry I have to charge this but I pay the housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean I still have to pay them
9. No pets allowed
10. If not following any of our rules forces me to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
11. If you require the hot tub you must let me know at the time of your booking. The hot tub is NOT on permanently, you must inform me that you wish to use it so I can get it ready for you
PLEASE NOT: the hot tub is available from 5pm onwards, and is closed between October and April
12. When hiring the electric bikes you except responsibility for the safety and security of the bikes while they are in your charge. I do not except responsibility for any personal injuries whilst using and operating the electric bikes.
13. All toys and games are provided free of charge and are for you and your children to enjoy during your stay. I do not except responsibility for any personal injuries whilst using and operating the toys and games.
PLEASE NOT: if toys and games are NOT being used as intended, then they will be removed for the remainder of your stay and any damage or loss will be reclaimed from you directly. Please always consider other families are looking forward to using the games and toys after your stay.
