We are delighted to welcome you to Casa Tortuga Tulum, so it is important to know some of the rules of the condominium so that you and your companions enjoy your stay. 1.- Noise is tolerated from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm at high volumes. 2.- The pools have some restrictions; do not drink alcoholic beverages and/or drinks containing glass containers in the pool area. 3.- Before entering the T1-4A, of the first tower when entering the residential, so it is on the 4th floor, and for this reason, be very careful with the balcony to avoid accidents. 4.- It is strictly forbidden to hang towels, personal objects and/or articles on the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. But you can use the balcony area or laundry area. 6.- The boyler is activated to avoid water waste, so you must close and open the faucet of the shower for hot water. 7.- Use the parking space with the nomenclature T1-4A. Failure to respect the parking space or to follow these simple indications may result in a fine. We want you to have a great time, so it is also important to know that barbecue grills are available.
