House rules

The house rules regulate the coexistence of all residents in the house. They contain rights and obligations. They apply to all residents. Without a certain amount of order, it is not possible for several people to live together under one roof. Everyone will only feel comfortable if all residents show consideration for each other.
What you need to bear in mind:
You have already agreed to these house rules when booking.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Pets are allowed.
Parties/events are not permitted.
Any damage to the apartment must be reported to BarbatHome immediately at ********.
Only toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet. Baby wipes, kitchen towels or other items must be disposed of with household waste. Incorrect disposal via the toilet can lead to serious and expensive blockages.

Duties of care and due diligence

The front door and yard door should always be closed. These doors must be locked between 22:00 and 06:00. The garage doors and external gates belonging to the house must also be kept closed. The access roads to the garages and parking spaces must always be kept clear.

No waste, leftover food, grease or other objects that could lead to blockages in the drainage system may be disposed of through the drainage pipes - especially in the bathroom, kitchen and WC. These objects belong in the designated waste containers or in hazardous waste.

The storage of toxic or flammable substances in the apartment or the cellars, including the corridors, is not permitted.

To avoid the risk of fire, cellars, attics and similar rooms must not be entered with an open fire. The floors under the oven doors must be fitted with sufficiently large metal sheets. In rooms with wooden walls or wood-paneled walls, the stoves must be placed at least 60 cm from the wall. Chimney holes that are not in use must always be sealed airtight and fireproof.

As far as it is recognizable and ascertainable for the residents, they will inform the owner (administrator) as soon as possible about damage, in particular to supply and sewage pipes, moisture in the basement and roof area, elevator and damage to the heating system.
Smoking is prohibited in generally accessible areas such as stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, etc.

Quiet times
Residents should behave in such a way that their fellow residents are not disturbed by noise, listening to music, playing music or similar. Particularly on Sundays and public holidays, as well as on weekdays between 13:00 and 15:00 and 22:00 and 08:00, noise that penetrates outside of one's own apartment must be avoided. Playing music is prohibited during these times.
The official regulations must be observed.
Carpets, blankets, etc. may only be beaten out on weekdays and only at the designated place from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. The area must be cleaned afterwards. Nothing may be shaken out, poured out or thrown out of windows, balconies or stairwells. It is forbidden to barbecue on the balcony.
