apartment type colonial style house, located in montecastro,caba

the apartment has one room, on the second floor x staircase so you can enjoy your privacy without being disturbed by the beasts that live there (two pug dogs of 7 and 11kl and tito a kitten which difficult to see which only care about eating and sleeping) with a bed of a square and a half with the possibility of adding another square,a folding table, a large closet, wifi, tv, natural light coming through the window all day, although it is against the front overlooking the backyard with open view as it is a neighborhood of low houses, garage in front, the bathroom is right next to the stairs to go up to the room, the kitchen,The kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, automatic washing machine, the kitchen has access to the backyard where the sun shines at the best times throughout the year and where you can dry your clothes if you decide to wash or have a good time, practicamenre I do not meet all day because of my work schedule,and when I am there I usually sleep or clean and spend time with the little furry ones (very boring my life ha) I do not mind the music or tv while I sleep, nor do I have a problem with the schedules, but there are 4 apartments and you have to respect the neighbors, that would be the only thing I would put conditions and obviously in the amount of people who invite.
