All maisonettes feature free 50Mbps WiFi, a balcony with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a 43" smart TV, bedroom, and bathroom with bathtub and shower column. They boast modern architecture and minimalist decoration aimed at offering guests a unique experience of relaxation and luxury.
Respecting the environment, the property is connected to the electrical grid with energy production through photovoltaics. It utilizes a heat pump for heating and cooling, proven to consume less electricity and produce no local emissions. Room cooling is limited to reach up to 27 degrees Celsius, while heating is set to a maximum of 23 degrees Celsius. Cooling/heating of rooms stops when windows are open, and guests are encouraged to opt for non-daily change of bed linens and towels.
