Gilles and I have a beautiful 95m2 space in a former factory. It's a duplex with a large living room featuring a Chesterfield sofa and a piano (+ TV, library, armchair, table and chairs...). The kitchen is well-equipped and bright. On the ground floor, you'll be impressed by the double-height entrance. There's also a toilet, washing machine and freezer. The garden is a real bonus room, with a table and chairs for outside dining. We planted many roses, rhododendrons and hydrangeas. It's a haven of peace. On the 1st floor, two beautiful bedrooms with double memory foam beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. We are very attentive to the harmony of our house, so we ask you not to party here and to consider it as the place to come and take refuge after a day in Paris. We're a 1-minute walk from the RER train, which takes you to Chatelet les Halles station in less than 20 minutes. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Basilique metro station, line 13, which takes you to Place de Clichy, the Champs Elysées or Montparnasse. If you're coming by car, you'll easily find parking on the street or in the station parking lot (100m walk).
