We take care of all the details you need to have a wonderful stay. We appreciate you: 1) The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, so please regulate the noise anytime, all days of the week, especially at night after 10 pm. If you violate these rules will be Fine $2500/day + damages 2) Please don't wear shoes in the bedrooms, there is a carpet and it has been kept clean for you. 3) If you smoke, please smoke outside the house, not inside. Any kind of vape, cigarettes, marihuana, etc. IS NOT ALLOWED inside the house. The cleaning crew charges $1,500 to deodorize the place. 4) No gatherings, events or parties allowed. Fine $2500 /day+damages 5) No allowed any kind of drugs. Fine $2500/day + damages 6) No pets or animals allowed. Fine $500/daily+damages. 7) Please we kindly appreciate you clean your makeup with the black towels, and your shoes with the wipes for that purpose, we use white towels, and makeup and other stains as shoe stains are impossible to remove, so please avoid extra charges. 8) Trash day is every Wednesday. 9) Please register all the guests staying at home, there are extra fees after 4 people, maximum capacity 6 people.
