The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove for cooking to your heart's content. The peaceful bedroom has a double bed and overlooks a quiet inner courtyard for serene nights. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

A gym is located just opposite the building. Parc de Bercy is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are three metro lines nearby: - line 14 to Cour Saint-Émilion, which takes you directly to or from Orly airport in 30 minutes, to the Marais and Châtelet districts in 10 minutes, or to Gare Saint-Lazare in 15 minutes. - line 6 to Dugommier for Montparnasse or Bercy station - line 8 to Daumesnil for Gare du Nord, Republique and Canal Saint Martin.
