Fully equipped with kitchenware, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and freezer. + Air conditioning and heating + Highly insulated ceiling and cross-ventilation provide excellent airflow + 50" Smart TV and Bose sound system + High-speed fiber-optic internet connection (Wi-Fi) + A set of towels and bedding included The only downside is that there’s no elevator—it’s on the 6th floor. Perfect for staying in shape. But once you’re up there, you’ll see it’s worth it! There’s a comfortable, firm bed for two (140 cm) plus a sofa that converts into a futon (140 cm)

Do not shower with the bathroom window open

The apartment had an excellent location, close to restaurants and services. Ideal for two people. It's nice to enjoy a glass of red wine and watch the rooftops from the terrace. The apartment was clean, the booking worked perfectly, and we were able to book two additional days with ease because we liked it so much. The apartment doesn't have an elevator, so it's good to be prepared for that. Six floors, 114 steps several times a day work wonders for the muscles. We'll be back, thank you!

Really nice apartment, very individually furnished, bathroom with daylight and a large shower, comfortable bed, large terrace - what more could you want? Valerio was very helpful, even helped carry the suitcases upstairs (6th floor) and gave some tips about the area and getting around. The apartment is located right in the trendy Ruzafa neighborhood with breakfast restaurant, bike rental, bars, sauna, clubs, galleries, shops, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Can't get better than this for the price!
