Quiet location next to Central Market, Lonja , Barrio del Carmen , the historical center and next to the gardens of the old Turia River. Located in one of the best areas to live the Fallas (from March 7/19each year). Restaurants and night life, museums , El Jardin Botanico nearby. Well connected to the major tourist sights . Metro and bus station 5 minutes to go or come from Aeropuerto.Decoración : rustic/modernm. Two bicycles available for biking around town. Chance of professional guide to visit the city (English , French, Italian spoken) Not included in price. Massage service available ( special price for guests)

Ignacio was really friendly, we had a warm welcome. The location is perfect, there is a bakery around the corner, a gay bar, club (deseo54) and various supermarket.

Beautiful apartment, immaculate clean, equipped with everything you may need and more, a full kitchen to cook whatever you want, and of course the bikes! Great WiFi. The location is perfect, 5 Euro cab to AVE station, walking to the old town with plenty of amazing restaurants and entertainment. Ignacio met us as expected when we arrived and provided excellent advice on how to enjoy the apartment and Valencia. We highly recommend Ignacio as a host and his gorgeous place.

Excellent, highly recommended 100%. Ignacio was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and clean. You have to be a bit agile to get into bed but it's very comfortable. Everything is very well looked after. Down to the smallest detail. We'll definitely be back!!!

This is a very comfortable, cozy, convenient and centrally-located accommodation. Nacho is very responsive to any queries and goes above and beyond to provide his guests with a pleasant and enjoyable stay. People with mobility issues will find challenging climbing up and down the loft, but there is an extra one-person bed below the loft.
