We kindly ask that you treat this house as your own and help us maintain its condition for future guests. House Rules: 1. No unregistered guests allowed. We will charge for additional guests after 4. 2. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, use the kitchen bar or dining table. 3. Please take off your shoes upstairs. There is carpet clean for you. 4. No pets or exotic animals allowed without exception. We have strong allergies 5. There are absolutely no smoking cigarettes, vaping or another kind or drugs or substances permitted in the house, violating this rule will cause a $1,000.00 fine. 6. Please respect the noise outside between 10 pm and 7 am. 7. No parties or any kind of gathering due to city restrictions. 8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the ******** and please don’t rearrange the furniture. 10. Trash day is every Tuesday early in the morning. Can you please place the trash bins out on Monday night. We appreciate your collaboration. 11. Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
