I welcome you to my 50 m2 apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a beautiful old building ********. The apartment is airy, bright and warm.

You'll have a large (12m2), private bedroom (lock) with a comfortable queen-size bed ******** (sheets and towels provided), wardrobe, TV screen (Netflix) and WIFI connection. The bathroom / WC and fully-equipped kitchen are shared, non-smoking common areas. Tea, coffee and delicacies are available at all times.

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, at the foot of the magnificent Parc des Buttes Chaumont, ideal for a good jog, and a 10-minute walk from the Canal de l'Ourcq for waterside strolls, or a stone's throw from the Parc de La Villette: Grande Halle (exhibitions, shows), Philharmonie (concerts).

You have direct, fast access (lines 5 or 11) or by bus (75 or 48) to the center of Paris, Châtelet, Marais, Opéra, Bastille, République...

Just 5 metro stations from Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys), direct RER trains to Stade de France or Roissy CDG airport.
