The apartment is very bright and has been recently renovated. Its on the 4th floor (with lift) and has a west-facing balcony. It has one bedroom (with a double bed) and a generous living room (where I will sleep when guests are over). Kitchen (and bathroom) at full disposal, washing machine included.
The apartment is on the border of Kreuzberg, Treptow and Neukölln. It's a 10 minute walk to cafes and restaurants of Kreuzberg and 10 minute walk to the bars of Neukölln.
I'm a laid back and easy going guy, recently relocated to Berlin from London.
