No loud music or noise at any time within your unit. Keep conversations quiet at night when walking in the yard to your unit. Your neighbors will thank you.

Must respect property staff and neighbors.

No unregistered guests allowed in the unit without host permission. 2 additional guests maximum in the unit at any time but may not stay after quiet hours of 10pm to 7am

Smoking or Vaping is not allowed inside the unit. A $200 fee will be assessed if you smoke inside. You must go outside to smoke.

Checkin is at 3pm and primary guest must be physically present to check-in. Checkout is at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkout are only provided upon availability. Please check with your host. Late checkout without authorization will result in a $100 fee. Your checkout date is definite and is noted within your ******** reservation. No extensions are allowed unless previously changed within the misterb&b app and your host has accepted it.

Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.

You are liable for any damages to the individual condo unit, its property inside and/or any condominium public areas. You are also responsible for your own guests.

1 well-behaved, trained dog is allowed in the unit during your stay. The pet must be registered and the pet fee paid. Guests who allow their pets to bark incessantly (where it becomes a nuisance to neighbors) will be asked to leave without a refund.

Laundry is closed from 11am to 3pm unless you previously asked for permission from host.

Access to the roof is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to access the property at any time for emergencies with reasonable notice to you as the guest.

Any violation of these house rules could result in immediate removal from the house. Additionally, guests must abide by all ******** policies and local, state and federal laws.
