Private room in quiet apartment 10 minutes from Paris city center...

Dear travelers

Christian will welcome you in this beautiful apartment with garden, located just a few minutes from the center of Paris on metro line 14, the most modern line in Paris. Sandro and I have decided, during the Olympic Games, to rent a room for 1 or 2 people in order to promote our beautiful city of Paris. Christian will give you all the information you need and can organize guided tours of Paris's secret spots or visits to exhibitions.

The rented room is bright, has a key, a dressing room and overlooks the garden on the first floor. Linen available. Sleeping accommodation for a 3rd person is available at an additional cost of €40 per night. The bathroom is modern and cleaned daily. A cleaning lady comes twice a week to clean the apartment and linen. There is a janitor in the residence.

The location is very quiet and just a 5-minute walk from the Hôpital Bicêtre metro station (line 14), which puts you 15 minutes from Gare de Lyon, 15 minutes from Orly Airport, and 25 minutes from Gare Saint-Lazare door-to-door.

Christian can meet you at the Hôpital Bicêtre metro station (line 14) or at Orly if you wish.

Free washing and drying facilities, and use of the kitchen to prepare meals. Dishwasher available. Optionally, I can prepare your breakfast (5€ per person) or dinner (15€ per person) according to your dietary preferences: organic (always), vegan, gluten-free, etc. Christian is a great cook as well as being a geology teacher ;)

Wi-Fi and screening room (Netflix and international channels) available.

If you wish, Christian can organize guided tours of Paris in French, English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese. A visio ******** is appreciated before your stay, I will answer all your requests.
