There is 1 parking space on the right side of the driveway. You can put another car behind your own car. And 1 on the street in front of the house. Please do not use neighbors' lawns or block the exit of other cars. Neighbors can call the tow truck. Observe the hours and instructions for check-in at 3:00 p.m and check-out at 10:00 a.m. We may not be able to accommodate early check-in, however if available we charge an additional $15. Late departures, if available, we charge 15 per hour or part thereof. Absolutely forbidden to have PARTIES OR MEETINGS. In case of a party or meeting, we will cancel your reservation without REFUND of unused nights. There is security camera on site, outside the house. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is no camera in the private area or inside the bedrooms. Smoking is not allowed inside the house a penalty of 100 dollars could be charged. Pets are not allowed a penalty of 100 dollars could be charged. No loud music after 10 p.m. Booking could be canceled without refund. Make sure you put the right number of people on the booking. Please don't open the windows. Do not leave the door open. Ants and bugs can get in if you leave the doors and windows open.
