- at the moment of check-in, payment must be made (if not done in advance); we accompany the guests to the apartment and together we do the inventory - on check-out we do again an inventory
- visitors must pass by the desk where their ID will be checked
- visiting time goes up to 11pm, visitors who stay later must pay 75€ for the night
- from 11 PM it is night time and guests must respect the night rest of neighbours
- minors (below 18) are not allowed on the premises.
- Open fire of any kind is not allowed inside, there is a smoking area at the swimming pool
- for fire safety the door of the apartment must be kept close
- Swimming pool and fitness accessible on booking and open from 8 AM to 22 PM. Using the pool and fitness is on personal responsabiliity
- Illegal substances are absolutely forbidden on the premisses
