Lovely neighborhood and hard to find 1200 sq ft living area that is super clean and quiet 3 miles from beautiful Lake Erie. Central location very safe with sidewalks for morning or evening strolls. Walk to restaurants . The owners live on premises. 1 queen bed and one queen sleeping sofa. WiFi, cable included we are retired federal law enforcement and a registered nurse.
