1st floor easy apartment in Athens, Mets

TV: There’s a smart tv at the apartment connected to the WiFi. There’s no aerial cable connected to the tv for terrestrial (Greek or otherwise) channels. To watch any of the Greek national channels, a few cinema (NOVA) channels, and a few international ones, look for the eon app on the tv’s menu. SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside altogether. Our rooms are air conditioned and we are observing a total ban on smoking inside which we hope you will respect. If you really can’t do without smoking, you are welcome to smoke on the front balcony or the patio at the back. LAUNDRY: There is a clothes rack and an iron with an ironing board at the apartment, however the apartment has no washing machine. In case you need to wash clothes you are very welcome to use the washing machine on the ground floor which has a 25 minutes fast wash cycle. To arrange please send us a message. VISITORS: We are NOT happy with people hosting gatherings, parties, raves, group meetings etc at our apartments. All such events will be reported to the local authorities and to ******** directly, however we understand life can be an adventure and you are very welcome to have a guest over for a night. However please let us know so that we charge you for the extra guest and provide you with extra linen. NOISE: Greece can be very noisy, however - by law - for a few hours every day people have the right to be without having to tolerate noise. These are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00 during summer (1st April to the 30th September) and 15:30-17:30 and 22:00-07:30 in winter (1st October to the 31st March). Please respect these hours by not operating noisy machinery, playing loud music or speaking out loud. EMERGENCIES: In case of an emergency call 100 or 112 to be connected to emergency services.
