Thank you for choosing to stay with us. My name is Eduardo, I will be your host at Varandas Ponta Negra - FLATS. The keys will be in your name and will be handed over at reception. Your room number will be given to you when you check in. Check-in time will be from 14:00 onwards. It is not possible to check in early, please ask. Check-out takes place at midday and cannot be postponed, please ask. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, you can contact Varandas reception to check availability. Reception is open 24 hours a day, so late night or early morning arrivals are possible. Breakfast is not included in the rate. The beach is very close, just 100 meters away from Varandas de Ponta Negra, with easy access on foot. The apartment is fully equipped with a range of household utensils, a private balcony, air-conditioning, internet, cable TV and an American kitchen, complete bed and bath linen, a king bed and a sofa bed, and can accommodate three to four people. The building has a garage and rotating parking, swimming pool, gym and gourmet area. On the balcony you will have a beautiful view of the garden/sea or Morro do Careca. The apartment number will be given to you at reception when you check in, according to the category and type you selected when you made your reservation.
