We are centrally-located - Walkable to all West Asheville shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy Interstate access and close to downtown.

This bright and cheery apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and comfy queen size bed as well as shared access to our new LG Washer and Dryer. We also have an EV charger available - 80 amp Ford EV charger.

Also - We are a nudist couple and enjoy a nudists lifestyle in our home upstairs (we share a common connection via the laundry room). We also enjoy social nudity and strive to create a free and safe space for other nudists or those who may be curious. We may be nudist - however, we are happy to honor your comfort and boundaries.

With this in mind and to ensure that everyone that comes after you enjoys the same clean, safe, comfy environment let's all agree to the following: - No smoking or drugs. - No pets - No Children - No additional guests ( aka tricks ) without clearing this with us and no additional overnight guest. -We are a clothing optional home - if you choose to enjoy being naked in the apartment please always keep the blinds closed (specifically the ones in kitchen and by the sofa) across from our lovely neighbor. She doesn't care...but she also doesn't want to see. If you are not comfortable with us being naked - we are happy to only be nude upstairs in our home and not in any common areas. - No drugs ( did I already say that??)

Brad and Chris were fantastic hosts. The apartment in reality was better than what is shown in the photos. Very spacious, comfortable furniture, decorated fantastic, just a truly great place to stay. I was invited upstairs for coffee my first morning and I was able to chat and get to know Brad and Chris. Both are incredibly friendly, personable and above all else, welcoming. If I need another place to stay in-town Asheville, Brad and Chris will be my top choice.

A lovely place to stay with an amazing host. A big plus is the bidet but even without it the apartment is worth the cost.
