1. General conditions Check-in time: from 15:00. Departure time: before 12:00. Minimum stay: 1 night. Maximum number of guests: Depends on the type of room (specified in the description of each property). 2. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation: Possible up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. 3. Payment ********: 50% of the total cost of the reservation is charged at the time of confirmation of the reservation or according to the rules of the aggregator through which the reservation is made. Remaining amount: Paid at the time of check-in. Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfer. 4. Rules of residence Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. You can smoke only in designated areas on the territory of the complex. Pets: Pets are allowed by separate agreement. Silence: Please observe silence from 22:00 to 08:00. Parties and Events: Parties and events are prohibited. Products and substances with a negative smell: It is forbidden to bring products and substances that have a negative smell and can damage the property (for example, durian) into the territory of the complex. 5. Safety and responsibility Documents: A valid passport or other identification document must be presented upon check-in. Security: Guests are responsible for keeping their valuables safe. The complex is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Liability for damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the complex's property and are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property. 6. Additional services Cleaning: Daily cleaning is included in the price of accommodation. Change of towels: Towels should be changed every 2 days to keep guests fresh and comfortable. Guests can request an additional change of towels at any time. For this, they can contact the administration of the complex. Change of bed linen: change every 4 days. Transfer: We organize a transfer from/to the airport for an additional fee. Car/motorcycle rental: We assist with rental upon request. Concierge service: We provide assistance with booking excursions, tables in restaurants and other requests. 7. Force majeure Unforeseen circumstances: In case of force majeure (natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.), it is possible to transfer the reservation to other dates without additional charge. 8. Changes and special requests Change of reservation: Possible if rooms are available and upon agreement with the administration. Special Requests: Accepted at the time of booking and subject to availability.
