Smoking will incur a penalty of $250.00 -Disorderly conduct and/or over intoxication leading to disruptive behavior is not allowed. -No illegal substances allowed on the premises. -No illegal activity allowed on the premises. -No candles (flame) -Minor children (under 18 yrs.) must be supervised by an adult. -No third-party bookings. The person who booked, must be in the group that is staying. This will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. -No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight. -No pets allowed. -No mail or package delivery is allowed to this address. -Please respect the noise curfew of 12 midnight. -Please take extra care of your key. Lost key incurs a replacement fee of $50. -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Turn off Air conditioner OR heat when leaving for the day. -Guests may only park in designated parking area. -Unauthorized late checkout fee - $75.00 per hour. -Unauthorized late checkout lasting 2 hours+ incurs the full day fee without discounts which does not award you the property for the day. Any refund made to incoming guests due to your late checkout you are responsible to pay.
