Relax in a private bedroom on your springs trip or Gainesville trip. Plenty to do and centrally located by I-75 for quick access to Gainesville, Lake City, Alachua, and High Springs. One bedroom is quiet, no TV with a large ultra plush king bed, and the other has TV and dresser, with a new, firmer queen bed. The house is open with a nice kitchen, dining area, back yard, and living room with a central TV and couch area. House is occupied by a beautiful, well behaved golden retriever who is getting older and is not energetic enough for other animal guests anymore.
As title states, area is rural with access to Gainesville which features a more LGBTQ+ friendly environment, including the local University Club. High Springs is more on the rural side, but is a friendly area nonetheless.

No smoking indoors, outdoors is fine, please respect smell coming into the house and onto the furniture/sheets etc. Be respectful of neighborhood, very quiet block with older residents, part of an HOA. Please do not feed dog. HOA does not allow trailers/popup/camper, but let me know and we can work out parking in the back yard.
