Please respect our home and its intended use. 5. Maximum Occupancy The maximum number of guests is 4. Please ensure that the number of occupants does not exceed this limit. 6. Respect the Property Treat the home with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. 7. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself, wash dishes, and return items to their original place. 8. Trash Disposal Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged; separate recyclables accordingly. 9. Parking Parking is available in the garage. Please avoid blocking any driveways or walkways. 10. Security For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. 11. Key Policy Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Please return all keys upon check-out. 12. Appliance and Utility Use Please turn off lights, heating, and cooling when not in use. Report any issues with appliances immediately. 13. Check-Out Procedure Before leaving, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked, garbage is disposed of, and the keys are returned to the designated location. 14.
