Vineyard Farmhouse with Pool & Pickleball

- Parking available anywhere along the driveway and/or designated spots up to the walkway on the left hand side - Max 3 vehicles on property - No trailers, RVs, or racecars without prior approval - There is no pool heating included during your stay unless previously arranged, for an additional $1,800 fee (up to 4 days and $300/day for the duration of your stay). - Hot tub heat is included at no additional charge. - The concrete floors are slippery!! All guests must dry off completely before entering the house after using the pool. - No Diving, flipping, or running/chasing around the pool – watch your children! - Do not walk along the tiled area surrounding the hot tub connecting to the pool. - Close the pool cover after use and before the last guest goes to bed at night. - No food in the pool. - No glass to be used at the pool. - There are plastic wine glasses and drinking glasses for your convenience. Broken glass in the pool would require draining and refilling the pool, which will be withdrawn from your ********. - Use the blue/white stripe towels only for the pool. - DRIVE SLOWLY (UNDER 15MPH) ON TURKEY LANE - Careful of small children, ducklings, and neighbors! - NO GLASS AT THE POOL - NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY - NO SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND THE HOUSE - NO OPEN FIRES ON THE PROPERTY - High risk of vineyard fire - SEPTIC SYSTEM - Don’t put food down kitchen disposal - Don’t dispose of paper products in the restrooms - NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS DURING YOUR STAY - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - All day guests must be disclosed prior to booking - TURN OFF LIGHTS AND INDOOR/OUTDOOR GAS FIREPLACES - UNDERGROUND GAS TANK - Avoid overuse of hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, outdoor grille - Excessive overuse could result in loss of ********
