Guitar shaped salt water heated pool. It is heated but based on weather conditions it may not be hot. Also I’ve had some issues with the heater and many times the repair can’t be made until 5-7 days later. DO NOT, book this guest room if you must have a hot pool. Bedroom with bathroom across the hall just for you. 5 mins drive to College Park with all the nice restaurants and shopping! 1.5 miles to Camping World Stadium (25 mins walk), EDC Orlando. 5 mins drive to downtown. I highly recommend using Uber/Lyft or rent a car to get around. 3 mins to UCF downtown campus. 15-20 mins drive to Universal and Sea World or 25-30 mins drive to Magic Kingdom. NO diving into the pool. It is only 4ft deep. Only plastic containers in the pool. Smoking permitted only outside of the screen enclosure. No pets allowed in the house or in the pool. A pet could stay in the backyard as long as the screen enclosure stays intact. If the pet tears a hole in the screen, you must pay in full to fix it.

Manuel's house is beautiful! Everything was super clean and organized. The room and areas were super nice and was a great house to hang out. Manuel is very friendly, respectful, and we had some nice conversations too. House is very central to downtown Orlando, overall 100% recommended!

Manuel is such an awesome and caring host! He made sure that I have everything needed for my stay. I have been to Orlando many times, but he introduced me to places I would not have found them by myself. I tried many different activities for the very first time. His house is clean, welcoming, well decorated and well maintained. I enjoyed my trip very much.

I loved Manuel and his beautiful house! The pictures don't do it justice, the level of decoration through the entire house is magnificent, each single room and area was perfectly and neatly decorated. I loved the vibrant colors, the pool and backyard are to die for, sadly it was cold most days of my stay but I was able to use it upon my arrival. My room was very big and the bathroom too, everything was spotless, he had a lot of everything, I am someone who carries all the essentials even pool towels when I travel but Manuel had everything, even mouthwash. He was super nice, kind and friendly. I will definitely stay over in the future. ❤✨👌😊

Manuel was a great host in Orlando! His place is colorful, stylish, spacious, and cozy, and it's in a super central area. He was very accommodating, had everything I needed, and gave great advice. The stay was above my expectations, I definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Manuel's place. He is a gracious host, and we felt at home right away. He's ready to help you out with whatever you need. The pool is wonderful; shaped liked a guitar, clean and well kept. The house itself is beautifully decorated. You'll be very comfortable here.

My first time using Mrb&b was Awesome!! Manual is the best host ever! Such a nice guy who takes care of his home with his heart & sole, down to every little detail! Such a beautiful home and the guitar shaped pool is a nice touch. I couldn't ask for anything better! I can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!
