Grand room in Beaux Arts house.

Wat een fantastische B&B! We hebben hier een heerlijk weekend doorgebracht en genoten van begin tot einde. Het prachtige huis, mooi ingericht, de gezellige sfeer en de uitstekende ligging maken dit echt een pareltje. Het centraal station ligt bovendien op wandelafstand. De ontvangst was ontzettend warm en gastvrij. De gastheren, Luc en Ivo, zijn supervriendelijk en zorgen er meteen voor dat je je helemaal welkom voelt. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en rijkelijk gevuld, met alles wat je nodig hebt om de dag goed te starten. Onze kamer was ruim, mooi en heel aangenaam. We hebben er overheerlijk geslapen. We hadden fijne, spontane babbels met de gastheren. Die persoonlijke en gezellige sfeer gaf ons meteen een thuisgevoel. We kregen ook goede tips over waar we lekker konden eten, en ze wilden ons zelfs begeleiden naar hun favoriete restaurants. Kortom: een absolute aanrader! We hebben met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier heel graag terug. Een dikke dankjewel voor de warme ontvangst en de fijne momenten!

I had a wonderful stay at Luc & Ivor's beautiful house. They were warm & friendly hosts, with a delicious breakfast prepared by Ivo each morning. The room is huge with plenty of space and a fantastic large bed. The house is located just a little bit out of the town centre in a lovely area filled with great places to eat & drink and incredible architecture. And when you're heading into the city centre it's just a short hop on the tram.

Luc and Ivo are two wonderful people. Staying with them is much more than just accommodation. Great conversations, a loving breakfast, a joint city walk... The house is beautiful and very well connected to public transport. I wish the two hosts many more wonderful and enriching guests and would be happy to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Antwerp thanks to our hosts who are absolutely amazing people. Their welcome, their kindness and their benevolence made this experience truly unique. We particularly appreciated the human warmth, the conversations and beautiful exchanges in several languages, as well as the sharing moments around breakfasts, which were simply impressive and prepared with great care. Our hosts also gave us valuable advice to discover and fully enjoy the city. Their availability and attention throughout the stay were remarkable. It was much more than simple accommodation: a real human encounter. We warmly recommend them and they will always be welcome at our home in Geneva whenever they have the opportunity to come visit us. Thank you again for these wonderful moments!

No words to describe Luc and Ivo. Everything impeccable, wonderful hosts and not to mention the house which is a true work of art. We will definitely return and I recommend it with my eyes closed because I doubt there is a better place to stay. Thank you for everything, you are truly incredible ❤❤

Luc and Ivo are very welcoming and friendly. We started with a stroll in the neighborhood, and later shared a meal together as well. Their beautiful home is conveniently located and has many transit options. Very pleasant experience.

I enjoyed a warm welcome from Luc and Ivo in their beautiful home. They are a friendly couple with whom conversation flowed easily. They kindly offered a guided tour, but I was on a tight schedule as I was in Antwerp for a course. Each day started with a hearty breakfast and I was well supplied with water and even fruit for my return journey. A spacious bedroom with a nice big bed. The street is quiet at night despite being opposite the railway line and tram track, so I slept well. Very easy to get into the centre from the tram stop just across the road. Strongly recommended!

Very welcoming. Close to Centraal station, three tram stops, and opposite a tram stop. Hosts waiting for my arrival. House and room is exactly as depicted on Misterb&b site. Took me for an orientation walk through their neighbourhood, stopping for refreshments and then prepared a dinner as well!! Encouraged me to make myself at home. Breakfasts excellent. Enjoyed chatting about all sorts of things with hosts.
