A beautiful Efficiency Apartment opens up to a backyard with covered patio, pool, grill, and hot tub. A well equipped kitchenette which includes fridge, 3-1 microwave, glass countertop stove, coffee maker, and toaster. A double size bed, a love seat that converts in a lounge or small twin bed. Plenty of natural light, storage, private gate entrance, outdoor security cameras, and parking on site. Kayak, bike, scooter, beach chair and umbrella available upon request.
Property is located close to the Grand Central District of St. Pete which includes Cocktail Bar/Club, The Wet Spot, Tropicana Field, and several other gay friendly businesses. Downtown and the Pier are only 4 miles from the property, the nearest beach is about 8 miles from this magical and relaxing place.
This lovely place is owned by a Chris & Edgar, a married couple in their 40's that moved from New York City to the beautiful St. Pete or The Burg as many people called it. We live in the main house and whom you will be sharing the outdoor space with in our free time. We work during the week and some weekends, more likely you will have the outdoor amenities to relax and enjoy yourself.
If you are looking for a place to relax, work remotely for a week, a long stay, or just unwind, this place can be a perfect match. Relax by the pool or hot tub (clothing optional). Hope to you hear from you soon for your next adventure.

Such a thoughtfully designed space to maximize comfort and usefulness. The backyard is like an oasis. The hosts are both charming and welcoming. We will definitely stay at this lovely place again next time we're in St Pete's!
