Luxurious guest house in the heart of Hillcrest.

Guest house atop my detached garage. We reside in the main house. Parking and private entry are accessed via the alley. The door code to the last 4 of your telephone number. After entering, press the top oblong key and listen for the door to unlock. The wi-fi password is labeled on the router on the counter. This is a No Smoking unit; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony and entry deck. Please do not allow smoke to enter into the unit as it could make the curtains and fabric furniture take on the smell. ADDITIONAL FEES: *The City of San Diego require a 12.75% tax payable to the host upon arrival. This tax on temporary rentals called Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) begins May 1 2025. My certification is ******** (STR- 00390L). This tax only applies to stays less than 30 nights. *A $50.00 pet fee is requested payable to the host upon arrival. Pet weight limited to 25 lbs and two max.

I also offer long-term stays: 30 nights is $******** + a $120.00 cleaning fee.
