In a garden in Père-Lachaise

ENGLISH AND FRENCH SPOKEN. The famous cemetery is just around the corner. This is the coolest neighborhood in Paris because it’s central, not very touristy, has a diverse population, and is very gay-friendly (bookstores, cafés).

BEDROOM 1: single A very comfortable single bed has just been installed (July 26). The photo shows the old bunk bed. BEDROOM 2: double bed If there are two of you, you’re welcome to stay in my room.

My unique apartment was built in a small, secluded garden in the 1990s. It’s absolutely quiet. Both bedrooms have skylights (in the ceiling).

It’s a lively apartment. There are two affectionate cats—sometimes three. The kitchen is at your disposal, of course. I enjoy cooking when I have time. There are breakfast staples: a variety of teas, instant coffee, milk, and bread. Walk-in shower with unlimited very hot water (sauna effect). Over 2,000 movies available on DVD (all genres, countries, and eras).
