Parking
The number of vehicles allowed is based on the number of bedrooms at the property and applies at all times. You’re welcome to use the driveway and garage as provided.
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)
Palm Springs requires a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all short-term stays. Misterb&b does not collect this tax, so as hosts, we are required to collect it separately after booking. The TOT request will be sent through Misterb&b’s messaging system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Pool & Hot Tub Heating
If you’d like the pool heated, we’re happy to arrange it. The fee is $75 per day to cover energy costs.
For stays longer than three days, the heating fee is negotiable — just let us know in advance and we’ll work with you.
