This 3-room apartment has recently been refurbished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design.
The location is very good - close to the city center of Lippstadt:
You can reach many stores & restaurants on foot. A bakery with café, the Protestant hospital and several supermarkets are just around the corner.
You can start your day with a freshly ground coffee or cappuccino and enjoy it on the balcony in the sun.
In the evening, you can conjure up a BBQ with your loved ones on our Weber gas grill.
The apartment has been lovingly furnished and has 2 comfortable box-spring double beds, a large Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.
The apartment also offers space for a 5th and 6th guest with the comfortable sofa bed.
