New Private LGBTQ+ Lake Retreat w/Dock & Pool

Welcome to our new Lake Front Guest House (we are still figuring out a cool name for it!) It really is a stunning private retreat designed for relaxation & a home away from home. This new gem offers a perfect blend of modern luxury (and beautiful Sunsets!), situated right by the serene waters of the lake.

Step onto the large outdoor deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The dock is perfect for fishing or launching one of our kayaks, allowing you to check out one of the hideaways; nature-wise in Charleston. During hot summer months, you can cool off in the inground pool, making this our ideal getaway too!

Our guest house features two beautifully furnished bedrooms and a stylish bathroom, all utilities included, starter sundries (Laundry Detergent to Coffee) high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.

Your home away from home has a extra large living area w/a 65-inch Smart TV, while each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch TV, all with the built in streamers for you to login to.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with high-end, new appliances, including a convection microwave, an extra-large air fryer, and a full-sized LG washer and dryer. For coffee lovers, a Keurig full-sized coffee pot and pod maker are provided. Also, all linens and towels are included.

Located in the heart of the Charleston area, our guest house is perfect for professionals or those looking for a quiet retreat w/all the starter essentials. Enjoy a close drive or Uber to downtown Charleston or Park Circle’s & LGBTQ+ experiences, beautiful beaches, making it an ideal place for both work and play time!
