Please keep all curtains closed to prevent rooms from sun overheating (especially during the day time). This saves energy and is good for the environment. It also provides you a nice, cool and comfortable place in the evenings and at nights. No outside shoes in the house please. No any kind of smoking at the property. NO not registered/unauthorized guests are allowed. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste ONLY in trash bags – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Shopping bags will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. Trash bags to be left only inside of the bench located outside of the entry door. In addition, there’s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. POOL TOWELS - pool towels are NOT PROVIDED so make sure You bring pool towels from your home.
