In order to offer all our guests an excellent service, we need everyone's collaboration. For this reason, it is important for us to share the following:
The apartment is quiet and silent, so we ask you to avoid disturbing noises during rest hours (Monday to Friday from 10pm to 8am, Saturdays and Sundays from 11pm to 10am).
Smoking. The City of Buenos Aires maintains a policy of no smoking in enclosed spaces; in this sense, to avoid the discomfort of neighbors and next guests, we request smoking outside the building.
Waste. Please leave your garbage in the appropriate waste basket.
Avoid flushing papers or items that may damage the toilet.
In case you want to take the garbage out of the apartment, next to the elevator there are two large baskets to leave solid waste.
The apartment is available for a maximum of 3 guests.
Parties or social gatherings are prohibited.
Damages or breakages. In this case we ask you to let us know immediately so we can help you.
