**House Rules for our COZY APARTMENT** 1. **Check-in/Check-out** - Check-in time is after 4pm. - Check-out time is by 12pm. 2. **No Smoking** - Smoking is not allowed inside the property or close areas. 3. **No Parties or Events** - The property is meant for quiet enjoyment, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted. 4. **Respect for Neighbors** - Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. 5. **No Additional Guests** - Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. 6. **Cleanliness** - Please maintain cleanliness and leave the property as you found it. If any accidents happen, let us know right away. 7. **Garbage and Recycling** - Dispose of trash in the designated bins. 8. **Pets** - Pets are welcome, but please let us know ahead of time. 9. **Security** - Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the property for safety. 10. **Damage** - Please report any damages or issues during your stay. We understand accidents happen, but it’s important we are notified right away. 11. **AC** - Keep the temperature during the day at least at 75 degrees. Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is on.

Super clean and well appointed apartment in Vega Baja. Just the right amenities for a cozy and comfy stay for two. Eddie was a great host, very helpful and offered great suggestions for local spots to visit, and readily available for any communication. His apartment in Vega Baja is perfectly situated to be able to travel to many spots on the island. I would absolutely recommend.
