Wi-Fi, access to kitchen, living room and balcony (recommend to appreciate the sunset). Located in the heart of Miraflores, a few steps from the promenade, Larcomar mall, restaurants and shops. Very cozy and calm atmosphere.

Just steps away is Kennedy Park (7 mins walking), surrounded by incredible restaurants, cafés and bars. You can walk to the Malecón, for stunning ocean views or visit Larcomar for dining, shopping, and unforgettable sunsets.
Miraflores is very LGBTQ+-friendly, with welcoming cocktail bars and inclusive spaces nearby. For bigger party nights, Miraflores have the most iconic discotheque called Valetodo Downtown (10 mins walking), famous for its high-energy dance floors. The city also offers well-known gay saunas (7 mins walking) for those who want to explore more of adult scene.

1. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a section to place shoes. Shoes are not allowed into the house. 2. The big square key is for the main door; the small one is for your room. 3. Throw away trash in the recycling area according to type. 4. Hang your towel to dry on the rack in the kitchen. 5. Calls and work meetings have to be in the room with a moderate volume especially at midnight. 6. Use the refrigerator to keep your food. 7. After 12 midnight, a moderate volume of the sound of the appliances. 8. Keep the room clean and common areas in good condition. 9. Pets and visits are not allowed. 10. Utensils and dishes must be washed after use. Maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Carlos is an excellent host, very friendly and knows the area perfectly, he has the best recommendations. The room is very comfortable and the apartment is super clean and well located. I highly recommend staying with Carlos!
