We love dogs, but please only bring your furry friend if they are less than 30lbs and non-shedding. No dogs in the pool, don’t let them use the backyard to go potty, not on furniture, and cannot be left home alone. Please note this is not a party house! The city of Palm Springs has very strict noise ordinances. No outside music or loud noise is permitted at any time. If a noise complaint is called in then guests will be fined $500 by the city without warning and can also be asked to leave without a refund. Pool heating: Pool heating is recommended Oct-April. It is an extra $65 a day for this, spa heating is at no additional charge. Please contact us if you'd like the pool to be heated. Your ******** may be used to offset the cost of any damages to the property or its contents. Deposits will be requested separate from the reservation.
