We are a stones throw away from the M&S arena, Tate art gallery, the Liver buildings and all the best independent bar's and restaurants.

5 minute walk to the arty Baltic Triangle, and great shopping at Liverpool One. 10 minute walk to the Queer Quarter.

The apartment is bright and warm. There is a spiral staircase to get to the upstairs bedroom where you have your own private bathroom, a comfy double bed and tea/coffee making facilities.

Guests have exclusive access to the en suite bedroom, and shared access to the downstairs living room and balcony.

I live in the space and enjoy a calm environment. If you want to party all night this is not the space for you.
