Cosy oasis in the heart of Montreal (Village)

Our apartment spans the second and third floors of a charming three-storey building. On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable living room equipped with a TV and a desk for work, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a patio door that opens onto a beautiful, spacious (shared) patio.

On the second floor, there's a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there's an open space that can be used as a second living room or a second bedroom, with a sofa bed that converts into a very comfortable queen-size bed. The apartment is bathed in natural light, and we've put a lot of love into creating a warm and welcoming nest for your stay.

Located in a very central yet quiet part of the city, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Papineau and Beaudry metro stations, as well as several bus routes. Parc Lafontaine is a 10-minute walk away, and key areas such as the Place des Festivals, the Old Port, downtown and the village are all within walking distance. You'll also find all the basic amenities nearby, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Located 3min walk from the Gay Village. Everything you need is just around the corner! 😊
