Unbeatable location in the heart of the village. Easy key pad check in. The host was very responsive through the whole process. Elevated decor, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Nice outdoor space for warm summer days. I'm so glad that I was able to stay here.

Was traveling in Montreal all week for work and decider to rent this place for a little weekend getaway. The unit was as described and more. Very nicely equipped, two large comfortable beds, the kitchen fully set up with anything you might need. Very nicely decorated etc. even had a cozy outdoor space to use. The unit is right in the middle of the village and feet away from the metro. There are plenty of bars, restrauants within an easy walk. I would highly recommend this if you are looking in the area.

Great apartment, everything freshly renovated and very well equipped with brand new furniture, utensils, etc. Perhaps we were the first guests?? Access was easy, no problem finding street parking, and it's an easy walk to the Gay Village and other attractions. 15-20 minute walk to Metro. The neighborhood is vibrant, with shops just at the end of the street -- bakeries, coffee, food stores, etc. We didn't meet Jonathan in person, but he was super helpful and proactive in making sure everything was perfect. Those friendly Canadians! Note: the apartment is one flight up from street level, and the stairs are a little steep. Shouldn't be a problem for most people, but be aware if you have mobility issues.
